A woman was killed early Saturday when the car in which she was a passenger struck a guardrail and went airborne off Laurelton Parkway, authorities said.

The unidentified woman was riding in the front passenger seat of a 2007 Infinity G35 at around 4:20 a.m. when the car, traveling southbound on Laurelton Parkway just north of 130th Avenue, in Queens, hit the guardrail.

The collision sent the car airborne. It slammed into a tree stump and burst into flames, police said.

Emergency responders pronounced the woman dead at the scene.

The 27-year-old male driver was taken to Jamaica Hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The Medical Examiner will determine the identity of the victim and the cause of death.

The NYPD’s Collision Investigation Squad was investigating the crash.
