The pizza served at Patsy’s isn’t the only thing that’s “old world” style, a former worker claims in court papers filed in Manhattan federal court.

Ex-dishwasher Rafael Bernitt says he toiled for three years in “what can only be described as indentured servitude” at the chain’s coal-oven pizzeria on East 60th Street.

His class-action suit filed yesterday seeks unspecified damages from Patsy’s corporate parent, Arista Associates.

Bernitt, of Brooklyn, claims he was paid a paltry $330 a week on the condition that he work at least 10 hours a day, six days a week, until he and other dishwashers got a $20-a-week raise.

Bernitt’s suit says he was tucked away in a cramped space “between the coal-burning ovens and the sinks, in stifling heat,” and was sometimes made to shovel coal into a stove.

Arista owner Nick Tsoulos didn’t return a call for comment.
