NYPD detectives descended again yesterday on the Maple Shade, NJ, home of alleged Etan Patz killer Pedro Hernandez — this time to seize the computer of the suspect’s 23-year-old daughter, Becky, law-enforcement sources said.
“The one thing I am absolutely sure of is neither [Hernandez’s wife] Rosemary nor Becky has done anything wrong or is the focus of any investigation,” said Hernandez family lawyer Robert Gottlieb.
Hernandez confessed last month to killing 6-year-old Patz in 1979.
But court-appointed defense lawyer Harvey Fishbein says his client suffers from hallucinations, raising questions about his confession.
