A driver fatally mowed down a pedestrian in Brooklyn and fled the scene Friday night, police said.

Francis Perez, 28, was crossing Avenue V near Burnett Street in Sheepshead Bay just after 8 p.m. when he was struck by a blue Toyota SUV or minivan heading west.

EMTs took the victim to Kings County Hospital, where he died less than an hour later, authorities said.

A woman with curly red hair was driving the car that hit Perez, according to police reports.
