A pedestrian was killed as he crossed the Belt Parkway this morning, cops said.

The man was near Coney Island Avenue and the Belt Parkway attempting to cross over the highway around 5 a.m. when he was struck by a grey sedan, according to police.

The driver remained on scene.

The victim, who police said is in his 30s, was found on the roadway with severe trauma and pronounced dead, cops said.

The identity of the deceased is pending proper family notification.
