The 19-year-old son of Hollywood hothead Sean Penn went on a hate-filled rant against a news photographer Tuesday, pushing the man and using the n-word and an anti-gay slur.

Hopper Penn went berserk as he barreled into the photog, who was trailing the elder Penn in Beverly Hills, TMZ reported yesterday.

“F–k you, you’re a f–king faggot,” Hopper yelled.

When the photographer, who is black, responded, the angry Hopper said, “Shut up, you f–king n—-r.”

Later, Penn’s son told TMZ that he felt “threatened and under attack.”

But, he added, “I deeply regret my choice of words.”
