FBI agents yesterday charged an NYPD cop with civil-rights violations for using pepper spray on a man involved in a dispute at a bar owned by the officer’s cousin, officials said.

Admir Kacamakovic, a seven-year NYPD veteran, was on duty and in uniform when he assaulted the bar patron, then handcuffed and illegally detained the man, who had been involved in a dispute over a parking spot in front of the cousin’s bar, officials said.

Brooklyn federal prosecutors say Kacamakovic informed the man that “no one f–ks with my cousin’s place.” Another person also was assaulted with pepper spray, officials said.
