The city has put the brakes on Manhattan’s worst pedicabby.
A Department of Consumer Affairs tribunal revoked Seydou Kone’s pedaling privileges after The Post exposed his reckless record, saying “his presence as a pedicab driver is a danger to the public.”
Kone, 21, lied on his 2010 license application by not disclosing 2009 violations. The scofflaw also skipped out on Environmental Control Board hearings for 12 summonses issued in 2010, the panel said in a Feb. 9 decision.
The cyclist told The Post he’d racked up nearly 90 summonses.
