A person died Monday after leaping off the roof of a South Bronx city housing building, cops said.

The individual jumped from one of the Westchester Avenue buildings in NYCHA’s Saint Mary’s Park around 3:15 p.m. and died at the scene, cops said.

The person’s identity was not immediately known.
