A man in his 80s fatally jumped from a luxury apartment building on the Upper East Side early Friday, authorities said.
The victim plunged from the 14-story prewar building on Park Avenue near East 65th Street just after 5 a.m., cops said.
He was found in the courtyard of the building, police said.
The man, who was not immediately identified, was pronounced dead on scene.
