A Manhattan man was indicted Dec. 29 after the FBI caught him exchanging nude photos and videos with an 8-year-old girl from Ohio, court papers state.

Donald Kelly, 36, used an Instagram account to prey on his naive victim starting in September, according to transcripts of the exchanges in the complaint in Manhattan federal court by the US Attorney’s office.

“So how old are you princess?” he allegedly wrote. “I’m 36 that ok I hope.”

Within minutes, Kelly allegedly sent the girl several photos and a video of male genitalia. Then he wanted to know how his anatomy compared to her dad’s.

“Want to be my girlfriend lol,” he said, before asking her to send nude photos. She complied.

Kelly was arrested Dec. 19 and indicted Dec. 29 on charges of enticing a minor to engage in illegal sex acts, sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of child pornography.

He pleaded not guilty Tuesday.
