An ex-Riverdale Country School teacher’s conviction for bedding a 16-year-old student should be overturned because prosecutors told jurors there is no difference between a circumcised and uncircumcised penis, his lawyer claims.

The lawyer for Richard Hovan submitted a motion with dozens of photos — most culled from Internet porn — to prove his point.

The photos “were just completely unnecessary, superfluous, indecent, made to offend, shock and totally inappropriate,” said Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Jung Park in court Tuesday.

Justice Jill Konviser sealed the graphic exhibits and reserved decision.
