A pharmacist was charged Tuesday with billing the state Medicaid program almost $60,000 in HIV medications that his Brooklyn and Bronx pharmacies never dispensed.
Mohammad Hassan Eladema, 51, of Staten Island, allegedly paid off Medicaid customers at his Pharmacy Express shops to not take their medication.
