A Phish fan was humiliated when he was arrested on drug charges at one of the jam band’s Madison Square Garden shows, he says in a $2 million Manhattan federal lawsuit against the city.

John Pieralisi was outside the arena in December 2013 when police accused him of “keep[ing] watch” while friends “sold some mushrooms,” he said in court papers filed last week. The charges were later dismissed.

The NYPD declined to comment.
