“Spider-Man: The Lawsuit” is getting an extended run in Manhattan federal court.

Four months after announcing “an agreement in principal” to settle her $1 million wrongful-termination lawsuit, ousted director Julie Taymor has still not clinched a settlement with the musical’s producers, leading a judge yesterday to set a May 27 trial date.

Talks, however, are still ongoing, and both sides hope a pretrial settlement is possible.
