A former medical student pleaded guilty yesterday to charges that she helped run an illegal pill ring out of a Brooklyn hospital.

Pauline Wiltshire, 31, was indicted for selling thousands of Adderall pills prescribed by her then-boyfriend, Dr. Michael Gabriel, a former resident at Methodist Hospital in Park Slope.

Wiltshire told Judge Dora Irrizary in Brooklyn federal court that the attention-deficit-disorder drugs were sold illegally to customers over the Internet.

A former exotic dancer, Wiltshire now faces a maximum of 20 years in prison. Although she pleaded guilty without an agreement with prosecutors, she could be sentenced to considerably less time, given her absence of criminal history.

Until her arrest early this year, Wiltshire was studying to be a physician in St. Kitts in the Caribbean.
