A Queens pilot who was forced to surrender his license following a Long Island plane crash that left a college student dead has been arrested for continuing to offer flying lessons, authorities announced Wednesday.

Nelson Gomez has been charged with providing flight instructions to student pilots last year, without the proper certification to do so.

The 39-year-old Howard Beach man was the instructor on board when a plane went down in February 2016, killing 23-year-old Gerson Salmon Negron.

While Gomez and the others aboard survived, the business student’s remains weren’t found until April 2016.

Gomez surrendered his certification in May 2016, but still offered lessons through June of that year, when his credentials expired.

The disgraced former pilot is expected to appear in Brooklyn federal court Wednesday afternoon to face the felony charges.
