A Brooklyn man accused of raping and pimping out an Orthodox Jewish girl for eight years was convicted yesterday of stealing cellphones, court records show.

In his latest legal troubles, Damien Crooks, 32, was found guilty of ripping off the phones from a T-Mobile store in March 2011.

In the earlier case, Crooks had been charged with rape and sex-trafficking after the accuser told cops she started getting pimped out when she was only 13.

In April, after Crooks had been in jail for a year, it was revealed that prosecutors withheld documents showing the alleged victim had recanted, and he was freed.

The Brooklyn DA’s chief of the sex-trafficking unit, Lauren Hersh, quit amid allegations that she improperly failed to disclose that information to defense lawyers.
