The new owners of a pink-painted Brooklyn brownstone are asking the city for permission to change it back to brown.

Joseph and Jeanne Accetta forked over $2 million for the Pepto-Bismol-tinted, four-story home at 233 Garfield Place, which preservationists have long decried as an eyesore in the Park Slope Historic District.
