A real-estate hot shot who recently moved to the Big Apple from Florida had his $150,000 Maserati stolen in Times Square after two men asked him if they could take pictures of the flashy ride, cops said yesterday.

Chadwick Lange, 43, had stopped at West 47th Street and Broadway at around 4:40 a.m. Sunday to got out of the idling car to say hi to a friend.

The two hustlers complimented the snazzy wheels and Lange agreed to let them snap the pics.

Then one man hopped into the driver’s seat and sped off. His accomplice sprinted and got into the car a block away.
