A man was stabbed to death on his way home from a party in upper Manhattan, police and friends said yesterday.

José Reyes Silva, 20, was knifed in the heart and abdomen by three men at about 4:55 a.m. July 5 on Vermilyea Street and died the next day at New York Presbyterian Hospital.

Heartbroken co-workers at Grandpa’s Pizza, where the victim worked as a deliveryman, have taken up a collection for his family.

Suspects José Ortega and Juan Zarusar Moralez, both 22, were charged with assault and attempted murder. The third suspect is still at large.
