A Georgia woman who allegedly got drunk, angry and bit an FBI agent during a flight to La Guardia Airport pleaded not guilty yesterday in Brooklyn federal court to assault on a federal agent and interfering with a flight crew.

Kim Goodwine, 38, was flying from Atlanta on April 18 when she allegedly drunkenly passed out in a pregnant woman’s seat.

She became belligerent when flight attendants tried to roust her, and when an agent tried to cuff her, she allegedly bit him on both hands, drawing blood.

Goodwine remained free on $100,000 bail after yesterday’s hearing.
