A phony plastic surgeon was put out of business yesterday — no ifs, ands or butts.

Authorities say Claudia Miller, of Staten Island, was not licensed in New York to perform medical procedures, yet she offered to inject silicone into the backsides of two undercover agents posing as customers.

The quack cosmetologist quoted fees of up to up to $3,500 for the risky treatments, according to Brooklyn Assistant US Attorney Anthony Capozzolo.
