Wide receiver Plaxico Burress can’t catch a break.

After his dysfunctional New York Jets blew a shot at making the playoffs, Burress suffered another loss — in court.

According to TMZ.com, Burress was sacked by a Florida woman who filed a lawsuit claiming he rear-ended her car with his Mercedes-Benz in 2008, leaving her with neck and back injuries.

The ex-Giants star signed last year with the Jets after serving prison time for infamously shooting himself with an illegal handgun in a Manhattan nightclub.

Plaxico will have to pay Alise Smith $125,000 plus interest, according to court records.
