Closing Playland, the county-owned amusement park, would save taxpayers in Westchester $2 million next year, County Executive Rob Astorino admitted yesterday, before saying he was not recommending such “drastic” action — yet.

Astorino warned of a $100 million deficit in 2012 but vowed not to propose a hike in property taxes.
