A Long Island landlord has pleaded guilty to the 2007 carbon monoxide deaths of three tenants.

Wilson Milord, of Brentwood, will serve one to three years in prison under the plea agreement. The 50-year-old pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide, grand larceny and other charges.

Prosecutors say Milord placed a gas-powered generator in a West Babylon home he owned. A mother, her 4-year-old daughter and another adult were overcome by fumes and died in their sleep.

Sentencing is set for Sept. 9. If convicted at trial he could have faced 20 years in prison.
