A Staten Island congressman wants feds to set a timeline for removing a cache of unexploded ammunition found beneath the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge last year.
Rep. Michael Grimm (R) made the request in a letter to Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, the Staten Island Advance reports. The cache is believed to have come from a 1954 barge accident.
