ALBANY — A picture could save 1,000 lives, says a state lawmaker outraged by charges of caseworker neglect in the death of a 4-year-old Brooklyn girl.

State Sen. Martin Golden (R-Brooklyn) unveiled legislation yesterday that would require Administration for Children’s Services workers to document every home visit with a photograph of the child assigned to their care.

Ideally, pictures would contain time stamps and GPS coordinates to record when and where the pics were taken.
