An 86-year-old state assemblywoman from Queens is being sued for allegedly causing a car crash that injured a pedestrian.

According to the suit filed Monday in Queens Supreme Court, Democratic lawmaker Nettie Mayersohn drove her car into another vehicle in Flushing on July 3, sending it careening into Sebastiana Cabrera, 74, which caused “serious personal injuries.”
