A Hell’s Kitchen man who suffers from dementia went missing Saturday morning after leaving his home, police said.

Julio Gonzalez, 87, was last seen riding No. 7 train after he left his residence at the Village Care assisted living facility on West 46th Street and 10th Avenue at 8:45 a.m., authorities said

He was very likely making a trip to the Queens Adult Care Center in Elmhurst where he is known to visit, cops said.

Gonzalez can only speak Spanish and is approximately 5-foot-4, with a thin build and brown eyes. He was wearing a brown blazer, gray slacks and black dress shoes when he was last seen, police said.
