A deranged man wielding a knife was grabbed by police today after a brief standoff at the swanky Trump International Hotel and Tower near Central Park, cops said.

The unidentified man went berserk inside an apartment at the 52-story building near West 60th Street and Broadway around noon.

It was unclear what set him off, but police were quickly called and took him into custody after talking with him. A knife was recovered.
