An intern at the city’s Civilian Complaint Review Board — which investigates abuse by police — was arrested yesterday in Brooklyn for possessing an illegal handgun and marijuana, sources told The Post.

Jeffrey Peralta, 22, allegedly tossed that gun out the window of his East New York residence after police arrived there in response to a 911 call, a source said.

A CCRB spokesman said Peralta had worked there two weeks.
