A pistol-packing man driving an illegal livery van was shot by police in East Flatbush, police said.

Cops pulled over Marlon Cox, 29 of Queens, after he was observed illegally picking up passengers in a a black 1999 Ford Econoline van near Avenue D and Utica Avenue Friday, at 9:30 p.m., cops said.

Police repeatedly ordered Cox to take his hands out of his pockets, but he refused, resulting in a brief struggle — during which cops noticed he was grasping a pistol, authorities said.

One of the officers fired one shot, grazing Cox in the right hand, cops said. He was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.

Cox was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and resisting arrest, police said.

The officers, who recovered a .25 caliber Raven Arms handgun, were both treated for tinnitus at Maimonides Hospital.
