An eagle-eyed NYPD captain nabbed a wig wearing bank robber in Penn Station yesterday morning –minutes after the thief struck two other banks, cops said.

Robert Krieg, 42, stopped for coffee at the station at around 9:40 a.m. when Midtown South Capt. Edward Winski, who was setting up a task force to capture Krieg, spotted him.

Krieg, who allegedly ripped off two banks earlier on West 14th Street, was charged with seven robberies.
