The Bronx man has 14 past arrests — including one where he bit a man’s chest in a Manhattan store, police sources said.

On a Facebook account believed to be Santos,’ he is seen smiling and holding up peace signs. .

A second Facebook account believed to be his, lists him as a “calm guy.”
