A Ukrainian diplomat was declared missing on Monday after he disappeared from his Brooklyn apartment, cops said.

Leonid Tysyachnyy, 75, was last seen at his Boerum Hill residence at around 2 p.m. on Sunday.

He lists himself on his LinkedIn page as a candidate to be the United Nations Secretary-General.
