HARTFORD — The teenage daughter of state Rep. Matthew Conway Jr. (D-Conn.) has been charged with second-degree manslaughter in a DUI car crash that killed a 17-year-old girl, police said yesterday.

Amanda Conway was allegedly drunk when she lost control of her SUV and slid into a tractor-trailer on I-91 in Enfield on Aug. 25. Truck driver Mark Sutinen, 45, of Walnutport, Pa., escaped injury, but Alexa Crosby, of Suffield, was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
