SoHo’s community board will decide tonight whether to approve six temporary “pop-up cafes” — the latest street-overhauling plan by Transportation Commissioner Janette Sadik-Khan.

Sadik-Khan’s mother, Jane McCarthy, is one of 50 members of Community Board 2.

“I have no reason to recuse myself,” McCarthy said, noting she has no financial stake in the outcome of the vote.
