A suspicious package, later declared harmless, disrupted the morning commute at a Manhattan bus terminal.

Port Authority spokeswoman Jen Friedberg said the package was discovered about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at the busy terminal near Times Square.

She said some arriving buses were held, and part of the terminal’s lower level in the south wing was temporarily closed.

Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said it turned out to be a computer speaker.
