The wife of convicted bank fraudster and former Democratic fund-raiser Hassan Nemazee doesn’t have to call the movers to her Park Avenue apartment just yet.

A Manhattan federal court judge yesterday reserved ruling on the government’s motion to boot Sheila Nemazee out of the $20 million duplex, which prosecutors want sold to help pay off victims of Hassan’s $292 million bank fraud.

Judge Sidney Stein set a fact-finding hearing for Dec. 2 to “determine what, if any, interest [Sheila] has in the property.”

Hassan Nemazee agreed to forfeit the home under a plea deal that sent him to prison for 12½ years.

But Sheila Nemazee is claiming she put up $1.9 million of the original $2.3 million to buy the place in 1989. She says she doesn’t want it sold until her ownership stake has been determined.
