The married Nightingale-Bamford science teacher who allegedly had an affair with a student won’t return, officials revealed yesterday.

Jonathan Fuller, 55, was suspended in September after 15 years at the tony school — the inspiration for CW’s “Gossip Girl” series.

After an independent review, Fuller won’t be back, headmaster Paul Burke e-mailed parents and alums.

Fuller, citing legal advice, declined to comment to The Post.
