An out-of-control Brooklyn driver is charged with drunkenly jumping a curb with his vehicle and speeding down the sidewalk, injuring four pedestrians, including one critically, officials said Monday.’

The four unsuspecting victims were on the sidewalk in front of 1185 Halsey St. in Bushwick just before 5 a.m. when the black Infiniti sedan smacked into them, police said.

Surveillance video shows the car barreling down the sidewalk as people try to jump out of the way, according to ABC7.

The 23-year-old male driver, Maleek Ricks, slammed straight into a black iron fence, then drove off, authorities said. He made it only a few blocks before he was arrested minutes later. He was taken into custody and charged with DWI, officials said.

One of the four pedestrians was taken to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center in critical condition, but the victim has since stabilized, the FDNY said. Three others were taken to Woodhull Medical Center in serious but stable condition.
