Milton Heller, father of Post features writer and editor Billy Heller and father-in-law of ex-Post reporter Jennifer Shaw, died last week in Delray Beach, Fla. He was 89.

Heller, a native New Yorker and World War II veteran, was a longtime inspector with the city Health Department and a talented photographer.

He is survived by Dorothee, his wife of 65 years, sons Billy, Jonathan, Joshua and Robert, eight grandchildren and sister Sherry Schweitzer. Funeral services will be held at noon tomorrow at Gutterman’s in Woodbury, LI.
