This inmate confused hard time with high times.

Correction officers discovered a 270-gram bag of pot hidden behind a radiator inside Oman Gutierrez’s cell at Rikers Island on Dec. 17, The Post has learned.

Jail officials believe an officer smuggled the pot to Gutierrez, who is doing life for murder.

The Correction Department has referred the case to the city’s Department of Investigation, which oversees cases against corrupt city workers. Several jail insiders blamed Deputy Warden Anthony Toulon and Warden Emmanuel Bailey for the lax security inside the facility. They were not immediately available for comment.
