No one had all six lucky numbers in Saturday night’s Powerball drawing, meaning Wednesday’s pot will be an estimated $400 million — the fourth-largest jackpot in US lottery history.

If one New York City resident nails all of the numbers, he or she could immediately walk away with $143.4 million after taxes, a lottery official said yesterday.

An Empire State resident living outside the five boroughs could score $152.4 million after taxes as a single winner.
