The MTA’s chief is meeting tomorrow with NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly to discuss the seemingly never-ending climb in subway felonies, up more than 20 percent in the first quarter of 2012.

Chairman Joe Lhota said yesterday he has already discussed the underground crime wave with all five city district attorneys.

“I’m meeting with [Ray Kelly] on Wednesday. We will be discussing how to jointly work with the DAs on this issue,” he said.
