US Attorney Preet Bharara tore into the culture of corruption in Albany on Sunday — and urged young lawyers to crusade against it.

In a commencement speech to Pace University law grads, New York City’s top federal prosecutor ticked off a list of modern threats to law and order, including homegrown terrorism, cyber hacking and multibillion-dollar white-collar crime.

But he singled out Albany for particular scorn, saying, “We have corrosive corruption in our state capital.”

After several depressing minutes listing societal ills, Bharara delivered a zinger that the 20-somethings in caps and gowns ate up.

“What can I say — your parents have screwed up a lot of stuff,” he said. “My point is only to describe why we need so badly to revive the tradition of lawyers as solvers of problems . . . and voices for progress.”
