A pregnant woman fainted and fell on the tracks at Grand Central Terminal yesterday just after arriving on a train from Westchester.

The unidentified woman, 30, fell in front of a parked train at 8:30 a.m.

Crews shut the power to the track’s third rail as she was rescued. She was taken to Bellevue, where she was in stable condition.
