A Bronx mother who killed her son in a murder-suicide was overwhelmed by the endless demands of caring for an autistic child, according to police who found a note she wrote before she shot her son and herself.

Cops who found the bodies of Micaela Jackson and son Kenneth Holmes Jr. in a bed in their Morris Heights apartment saw notes taped to the bedroom door complete with contact information and instructions about what to do with the furniture.

The bodies were discovered with gunshot wounds to the head and a 9mm pistol in the mother’s hand, police said.
