HERKIMER, NY — An upstate man who defiantly popped open a beer and urinated in the parking lot after a court appearance for drunken driving was sentenced to two to six years in prison.
Banned in January from driving while his case was pending, Eugene Havens walked to his vehicle Thursday, pulled out a beer, urinated and drove off. He was immediately rearrested and returned to court.
